Uri Angel- General Manager
Uri is a co-founder of the Bar Kayma movement, which combines Judaism and Israeli culture, with environmental values. He is a prominent advocate for climate education in schools and divestment from fossil fuels in Israeli universities.
Racheli Tedhar
Racheli has been a consultant for social and communal ventures for the past 20 years. She is an alumna of the Mandel Center- Northern Region and specializes in volunteer and community management. Racheli is our organizational consultant and has extensive experience in this field.
Abraham Saban
Abraham Saban is the CEO and founder of the consultancy company "DNAidea Inc." He is a lecturer and advisor in academia and managerial programs. In his reserve service, he is a strategic consultant in Northern Command and a guide at the IDF's Dado Center. He is our strategic and government relations advisor.
Anat Nir
Anat holds a BA in Business Administration and an MA in international gender and conflict management from UN University. She is a media and strategic consultant with years of experience.
Tomer Yaffe
Tomer is a highly experienced consultant in environmental education, public transportation, and community cooperation. He is skilled in waste management and developing environmental-communal ventures. He has completed training at Seminar Hakkibtzim and the Heschel Sustainability Center. He is our consultant for community leadership.
Nili Grossman
Nili holds an LLB and a co-active couch accreditation. She has 20 years of experience leading change processes. She was formerly a board member of Green Course NGO and a chief executive in Greenpeace.
She is our campaign management consultant.

An alumni of Seminar Hakkibtzim’s group counselling program program and of the Heschel Sustainability Center’s environmental fellows program.
He is our consultant for community leadership.
