Uri Angel- General Manager
Uri is a co-founder of the Bar Kayma movement, which combines Judaism and Israeli culture, with environmental values. Uri brings with him rich experience in developing and leading environmental field initiatives. A graduate in Philosophy, Economics, and Political Science from the Hebrew University.
Racheli Tedhar
Specializes in working with communities and organizations for social change for 20 years. A founder of the "Green Movement" party and served as its chairperson. Holds a BA in Geography and Literature from Ben-Gurion University, and an MA in Organizational Behavior from Polytechnic NY (in Israel), and a graduate of the Mandel North Center.
Serves as the Organizational consultant specializing in volunteer and community management.
Abraham Saban
Lectures and mentors in academia and senior/junior programs in public policy and integrated governance. A member of several management committees in social bodies, a strategic advisor in the Northern Command and Dado Center in the IDF. Previously, he was the founding CEO of 'The Fund for the Civil Society', vice president of the College for Statesmanship, director of partnership processes at 'Partnerships'.
Serves as a government relations and strategy consultant.
Anat Nir
Holds extensive experience in civil and political campaigns with an emphasis on environmental, LGBT+, diversity, and gender issues. Anat serves as the chairperson of Feminance – an economic college for women. She graduated with a BA in Business Management and an MA in Gender and International Conflict Resolution from the UN University.
Serves as a marketing and strategy consultant.
Tomer Yaffe
Leads programs for the development of environmental leadership in the community, with fifteen years of experience in environmental education, waste management, and implementing environmental initiatives. Served as the home composting manager at the Ministry of Environmental Protection. A graduate of the Group Facilitation Program of the Kibbutzim Seminar and the Environmental Fellows Program of the Heshsel Center – The Israeli Institute for Environmental Thinking and Leadership.
Serves as a community leadership consultant.
Hagit Shamli
Specializing in developing resource development strategies, Hagit supports organizations in constructing and improving relevant infrastructures such as marketing, advertising, management, and fostering partnerships with donors and more. Hagit brings with her extensive experience working with organizations in the field.

Racheli Tedhar
For the past two decades, Racheli has accompanied and consulted social and communal ventures. Racheli is an alumna of the Mandel Center- Northern Region.
She is our organizational consultant, specializing in volunteer and community management.
Abraham Saban
Abraham Saban is the CEO and founder of the consultancy company “DNAidea Inc.” He is a lecturer and advisor in academia and managerial programs. In his reserve service, he is a strategic consultant in Northern Command and a guide at the IDF’s Dado Center.
He is our strategic and government relations advisor.
Anat Nir
Anat holds a BA in Business Administration and an MA in international gender and conflict management from UN University.
She is a media and strategic consultant with years of experience.
Tomer Yaffe
Tomer has over twenty five years of experience in environmental education, public transport and community cooperation, waste management and applying environmental-communal ventures. An alumni of Seminar Hakkibtzim’s group counselling program program and of the Heschel Sustainability Center’s environmental fellows program.
He is our consultant for community leadership.
